WesternUnion Versus MoneyGram

Hello,

What is the difference between MoneyGram & WesternUnion? Is it true with both of these services, if I am scammed by sending money to someone who does not deliver, I am out of luck?

I think yes if they don't deliver then its just too bad for you, I don't think there is any claim back like paypal or a credit card.
