I want to send ~$50 with WU. Will I have to show id for this amount? I've seen conflicting information, some saying no if you have password etc. Has anyone done a transfer recently and not needed it? And how would the process work? Would it be:

    1. I bring cash to a WU spot nearby.
    2. Fill in WU location and password for the receiver.
    3. Receiver collects.

Would I have to give mine/the receivers names?

You don't need to give the receivers address but you have to give yours.
ID for the sender is usually required. ID for the receiver is always required.
Password are only required for certain countries. In the UK you can't use
    a password.

I just came from a WU office. All I needed to send the cash was my money. They'll need the MTCN number to collect it and your name and where you live. Oh and their ID of course. You can do a test question in the US but I don't know about anywhere else.
