Were to find Freelance work clients - Graphic Design

Hey there i am looking to really make some decent money online and i have been trying on upwork / fiverr and freelancer.com but its too competitve and low prices so if any of you people know fb groups / reddit places which get regular gigs .

Build yourself a portfolio first and showcase it on a website .. then start promoting yourself on various places that offer paid ads. Design niche is competitive so you got to make sure you offer quality service, if you want to charge higher prices.
