"We're sorry..." happening again. Are we going under maintenance ?

    is it a yellow page? If so what helped me was just deleting cookies and then logging back in. Have not checked as to why but that worked.

    Haven't had any issues today, perhaps try clearing cookies/cache as neu009 suggested?

    Yeah clearing cookies worked, just like last time. But i'm really curious as why it happens

    Clearing cookies will resolve it. You don't have to clear all your cookies, just the ones for the forum. I've included links at the bottom of this post with more information on this.

    However, if you're seeing the issue and are able to send us some information, this would be really helpful.

    If you can send details of the problem to [email protected] with the following info:

    1. Your BHW username
    2. Time the issue occurred
    3. Your geographical location
    4. Optional - if you're able to, please run speedtest.net and send us the up/down speeds.


    Sometimes we're not able to replicate these issues so the more information you can send us, the faster we can track down the problem.

    i fixed my latest batch of this by restarting my pc. I only cleared my cookies to solve this last week, and it happened again.

    I haven't had any submitted tickets or reports of these issues happening recently so if anyone's still experiencing any issues, please let us know.

    Appears to be resolved, but I'll leave the thread open for a couple of days just in case.

    Had this exact same issue start happening to me yesterday (09-28-2015). Clearing my browser's cookies did in fact solve the issue.

    I just got an issue, I used CC cleaner and everything is working fine.

    The reason crap cleaner works is because you can set it to clear cookies. You don't need crap cleaner, you can just clear the cookies for bhw and it'll resolve. However, please do send us the information listed so we can replicate the issue.

    I think the site is under maintenance or the server of site is not working. The site may be blocked or hacked by anyone.
