We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (Philippines, India, or Pakistan)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Requires 2 working Saturdays per month

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team! You’ll help manage our social media, support communication tasks, and assist in content creation. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you!

• Manage brand social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube)
• Post one piece of content daily (materials/themes provided)
• Assist with email communication and outreach
• Write short articles or blogs as needed
• Conduct online research and sourcing
• Support Shopify SEO tasks (preferred)
• Provide light photo editing (a plus)
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Join team meetings occasionally to share updates and ideas

• Based in the Philippines, India, or Pakistan
• Proficient with major social platforms
• Solid English writing and communication skills
• Hardworking, responsible, and a good communicator
• Strong problem-solving and online research ability
• Familiarity with Shopify SEO is a plus
• Stable internet connection required
• Willing to learn and grow with the team
