A little while ago i made a thread that i cant find a dentist. Eventually i just picked one and went there.
Ive been going for a month and a half just to put 1 crown in. It got severely delayed because one time i went for my appointment but he forgot to write it down, and had booked someone else. So he made me a new appointment 2 weeks later, because he's so busy.
In the end, yesterday he finally put the crown in. But he didnt cement it. We decided to leave it for a few days to see how it feels.
I never did something like this before, and i have like 10 crowns in my mouth. All my other crowns are cerec (same day) crowns. Only my 1st ever crown was lab made (horrible experiende), and this new one is lab made (horrible again).
The moment he put the crown in i felt its off. But i figured lets give it a chance. Then it was too high, so he drilled it a bit to shorten it. But he also drilled my upper teeth above the crown to shorten them. He drilled too much. One of these upper teeth has a black line on it now. I only saw it when i came home.
So i come home, and my head starts to hurt. Then my ear starts to hurt. Then my throat starts to hurt. Not too much, but like a pulsating pressure almost constantly. The crown is on the lower right, the headache/ear/throat pain is on the left side of my head.
Because i felt the crown is a bit off, i immediately made an appointment at another dentist, to check the crown and tell me his opinion. He's like a specialist. I was expecting some test to check the alignment of the teeth, to check my bite. But all he did was look at it. Told me to get an xray and come again.
I got the xray. And i dont even need to go again. On the xray i can see how there is some distance between all my upper and lower treeth. Only the new crown and the tooth above it are touching.
Ok so that must be it. The teeth touching is throwing my bite off, resulting in my jaw being under more pressure than normal, resulting in the pressure expanding in my head, ear, throat. My gums on the front side of the crown are also sensitive, but they were not sensitive when the crown was put in. They got sensitive because the crown is shit. Also, i dont like how the crown looks very much.
So i did the google to figure out if im just crazy or if this is possible, for a bad fitted crown to cause headaches and pressure, and on the other side of the head. Google said yes.
So i call the other dentist where i went after the crown was put in. When i first went to him i didnt mention the headache, because at that point i thought the headache is just temporary. It has only been a few hours since the crown was put in. But now after 24+ hours i still feel headache pain/pressure, its not temporary.
So i tell him i have headaches etc, on the left side of my head mostly. He asks where is the crown? I say on the right. He says, how can you have headaches on the left if the crown is in the right? I dont know bro, how can you be a dentist if your head's up your ass?
So i figure ok, idiot, i call another dentist. He just wanted me to come in. But i managed to explain the problem, and his answer was pretty much the same.
So i called another. The same answer. But i did manage to pull something more out of him, after i gave it to him. Like, but isnt it possible that a crown is too tall, misaligning my bite, putting pressure on my jaw, resulting in headaches? So after that he was like well maybe, yeah, but its very unlikely.
So i call my old dentist, he would know. But his secretary picks up, took my number, said either he'll call me, or she'll ask him and call me to tell me.
At this point im quite annoyed. Actually pissed off. Because... Im all alone in the world, with these idiots. Specialists my ass.
But then i figure, these are all men ive been dealing with. Men dont care about pressures in their heads, theyre men, strong. Heart explodes at 50, drop dead, men!
So i call a woman dentist this time. A jaw specialist or whatever. And i tell her the same stuff i told the others. She says YES! Loudly. She says yes it can cause pressure because this that the other, dentist talk.
Thank you, i love you, i said. Please book me an appointment. My declaration of love and excitement didnt get so much as a chuckle. People are very serious around here. And i didnt say it in a creepy way. It was more of an excited childish way. She doesnt even know.
So i booked an appointment on Saturday. I want her to check the crown i have, and tell me exactly what to tell the dentist that got me the crown. What the problem is, and what to do about it. He wouldnt know, because if he knew i wouldnt be writing this thread all bummed out. Id be enjoying a meal or something.
One thing i do know. He's probably gonna wanna drill my upper teeth even more, to shorten them, and make it fit. I forbid further drilling on my upper teeth, he already fucked them up! Get that crown back to the lab to be fixed.
So im totally bummed out. I wish i was rich. Like really rich. Go to the best dentist in Germany or somehere where they do not fuck around. Instead im stuck in this fucking insanity
And another thing. When the dentist put the crown in at first to see if it fits, then he took it out. As he was taking it out, it popped out and went straight in my throat. I bend forward, khhh khhh khhh, i spit it out. Good thing i didnt suck no dicks that morning and my throat was tight
But later the other dentist told me, had i swallowed it, no problem, it will come out the other end. But had i inhaled it, id have to get surgery to open my chest and remove the crown from my lungs or whatever.
Are, you, fucking, shitting meee!?!?
So yeah, almost died. Thats whats up...
This is so fucking depressing. This is like hell, except you dont really know that youre in it, until you do. Then you call the specialists for help, and you realize your 15 minutes on google and logic puts their education and experience over there in next to the trash can somewhere.
Anyway, i just has to say it somewhere. I am severely bummed out. Havent slept in like 30 hours or something. So ill catch yall later, specialists...
