I had to go the dentist this morning for a filling.
The dentist injected my gum with anesthetic to numb my gum before drilling.
Except the anesthetic accidentally went into a blood vessel.
The anesthetic travelled up my blood stream into my eyes.
I opened my eyes and everything was a blur.
I couldn't see anything. Then I started burning up and felt sick.
I told the dentist and his assistant that I couldn't see anything and I could hear the panic in there voices.
Then the dentist tilted me backward in the chair and put a cold flannel in my head to bring my temperature down.
20 mins later I could see again but can't focus my eyes properly.
6 hours later I'm much better but still not 100%
How's your day going?
Ha ha ha, yes I can relate to thisWhy in the world I visualized this as a scene from movie Final Destination.?
Thanks mate.True.
Take care there and maybe visit some ophthalmologist so that if at all there is some temporary/ permanent damage, you will at least know it as soon as possible.
Will keep you in my prayers for sure.
Also check the skin around your eyes today or sometime laterI told the dentist and his assistant that I couldn't see anything and I could hear the panic in there voices.
I hope you fully recovered now bro
