Correct, I think the payment processor lost that money if they can't retrieve it from Weng's account, which maybe is fake?!
 
Wow I remember his thread had such a big hype. Thats why u should always pay with Paypal or credit card. Some other seller also tried to scam me but my credit card company refund me full amount
