Well-rounded Webmaster Needed (part-time to start)

I'm looking for someone who is interested in working with me on an ongoing basis to setup a bunch of niche sites, PLR sites, create some custom graphics or customize existing graphics, setup sales funnels, modify or create some PHP scripts, take care of general maintenance and trouble-shooting, etc. Aside from your technical skills such as wordpress, php, hosting, DNS, seo, whitehat and blackhat methods, you also need decent English skills and most importantly be VERY reliable and available to take care of things quickly. You also NEED to be able to follow instructions VERY WELL!!! Job is open immediately, requires around 10 hours/week and pays $200/month (in 2 semi-monthly installments via PayPal) to start.
