Howdy folks,
I am a guy in my late-twenties. Spend too much time studying in University. Thought being a researcher was my thing. Turned out to be a nightmare after some months. Went to work at a small start up. Got promoted by the owners to run the place as Director (only 7 employees, so nothing fancy). Did that for nearly 5 years.
Was in the offline industry mainly, so: chemical innovation, agricultural application, food production, pesticides, etc.
Quit my job on the 3rd of February. A very simple reason made me do it: I don't want to sleep less, feel stress and work hard for something that I do not OWN. Sure my salary was very nice, the work was nice, everything was okay, but I did not have a single percent of shares.
So, here I am I guess. Been interested in IM for years, been snooping around here for months. Writing my own thoughts on paper for days now, and writing my first stories/blogs as we speak.
Got any questions? Feel free! With regard to the offline stuff I actually know things. With regard to IM you are probably better off asking someone else haha.
