I would appreciate it if Prosperent owner and his beta testers (especially "1Eight") stay out to hear feedback from regular Prosperent users if there are any.

Now tell me, what's going on with Prosperent. Are you a member? How are you doing? Does that thing really work? Do you trust their tracking. They came up with a great idea; I love it. Their forum looks like a cemetery though...

I just started prosperent from my blog but until now i don't have bites although it has only been a week but as for the friendly support forum and easy to understand ad.

what did you read about them? i am interested in knowing if i should continue using or not

This past month was our best month for publishers actually. We have experienced a fair amount of growth and continue to expand. Not sure what your personal vendetta against us is though? If anyone has any legitimate questions, we would be happy to speak with them.

wow, this thread is a month old! ... anyway, this thread is BS, I have no idea what bhjmc has against Prosp, but I'm a fan. I've been using Prosperent for a while now and I'm very happy with the results.

I use their API exculsively, not their adsense style ads, so I can only really comment on the API, but it's amazing. You can really easily make micro niche sites in no time at all with no DB and no back end at all, just a single php file and the Prosperent API. With some creativity you could add in reviews and unique content and rank well. (I have one Prosp API site with over 165k pages indexed with ZERO data of my own.. all images and text are from the Prosperent API.)

Don't pay attention to bhjmc, Prosp is great.

I brought a serious concern about the owner being dishonest and caught up in the act and yet you cheerlead for them trying to brush off legitimate concerns like a brainless moron. You know, I tried Prosperent against my own will. It's not good. Limited inventory and a waste of time. Switched back to Amazon. Might be a good thing in the future but right now, it's just has limited inventory. Great idea but they just don't have the inventory. I won't try them again anyway. I need networks run by mature people. I didn't like the owner's games played on this forum and WF. What makes you think he is going to pay you all your commissions. For me they are dead. To others, give it a try if you are so interested.

Now, it would be nice if Eight1/Prosperent owner would come here and apologize publicly for the crap they tried to pull here awhile back trying to fool people. God, even a "I screwed up guys, I was trying to get the network off the ground and I had to do what I had to do" goes a long way and people would understand but no, they haven't done shit. Tell you the truth, the owner seems like a nice guy, but this BS they tried to pull doesn't bode well with many of us affiliates.

I'm not a shill and my only connection with Prosperent is as a user. If you had taken even the most cursory glance at how the system works then you would understand just how ignorant you sound when you say that their inventory is limited. It's an aggregate model, so by definition it has more products than most affiliate programs.

When I said "their inventory is limited" I assumed you understood affiliate talk. You are a newbie. Of course they don't carry the products. They still need to sign up with merchant companies. Due to their model, Prosperent cannot be compared to any other affiliate programs than eBay or Amazon and they beat their ass on inventory by a million miles, so your comment "by definition it has more products than most affiliate programs" makes no sense. They don't have the ad inventory that ebay or Amazon has. They would have to sign up with thousands and thousands of merchants for that. Your site most of the time will display the "default ad" you can set on Prosperent because the lack of inventory. They have enrolled with just a handful of companies so far, which is not enough to make Prosperent attractive. Ebay and Amazon have trillions of new and used items combined. Prosperent how many? 50K new items? I think maybe that's too much. This company might even have signed up with more merchants that Prosperent, probably. Of course it's not as big as the ad inventory as EPN. I'll put this as simply as I can for you. Have you ever dealt with your AM at EPN for example? Even the top guys have next to no idea what internet marketing is really like. They've never run a website or a PPC campaign. The guys who run Prosperent understand internet marketing because they're successful internet marketers. They know what we need to make money, and every day they release new features and tools to help us do just that.

We're working with over 2,000 merchants across 5 of the largest networks. We have over 50 million products. Fill rates are certainly not an issue. Not sure where you got your "facts", but they are FAR off. Enjoy your day, and if anyone serious about IM has any questions, I am happy to answer them.

I thought I'd give it a try and the results were pathetic.

It's a good idea in theory but the problem is you can't run Adsense on pages that have Prosperent.

It's NOT a replacement for Adsense, in fact you'll lose money if you replace Adsense with Prosperent.

Click through rates are incredibly low and you do not get paid anything per CPM or per lick.. you only make money if someone buys.

They do not reveal how much commision per product either.

As I said, it is a good idea but in practice the results are shockingly bad.. at least with Adsense even if nobody clicks on your ads, you'll make something from the impressions. With Prosperent you'll only make money if someone buys a product.

With that said, the reporting seems to be in real time and it's a great interface to use. Making ads is quick and easy, great customization and you can access the API.

I only have one problem with Prosperent; it doesn't make money.
