Well are creative commons free to use ?

Well if you read youtube description it will say that this are free to use but no realy
I try to create some channels with creative commons and i get ban
So in concluzion they are not free to use

Creative Commons (or CC) has few types, for example:
by - you need to credit the author
nc - non commercial use
nd - no changes can be made
sa - if you make changes to the creation, you need to reassign the same license.

So maybe you did something which is not allowed.

Creative Commons may be used but sadly platform like YouTube is so bad in managing contents sometimes good Creative Commons contents can be copyrighted by someone else on content ID system, it does not matter how you want to appeal it if it’s not your content you have not much ground to stand on for the case.

Just think about how any other YouTuber that face this on daily basis cause they want to be consistent at what they do for years before getting the recognition.

There is a saying that goes as follows: If it's free to use then you are the product. No product is free, and the creator of the product must expect something in return and generally speaking premium products have less chances for ban than freewares.

creative common is the gray area of youtube. There is even cases where people claim the original as their and break the license .
