weired adwords account

I opened an adwords test account had $100 with voucher as balance added the keywords and waited for approvement.But since today is sunday i didnt expected to get them online and only checked each 30 mins if something checked.All the time "is currently not enabled.However when i checked now it states i need to add funds.So i checked the balance that its $0.00 and when watching the transaction history i see 82 clicks for $102.
Issue here watching on my campaign its still not active and it doesnt show a singe impression/click .The LP had no lead too .I didnt added a counter to check if traffic is really coming but there should be at least a single lead.

Anybody experienced the same ?

You had to added a counter and make sure the company is work and the balance was spent on clicks.

ok so result is that i ordered a campaign on 6 pm .On 7 pm there was a message out of funds even i had no impressions in my statistic site or any campaign is live email.On 3.46 am today i got an email stating that my campaign is live and checking todays stats its showing the clicks.
Looks you are getting first traffic and later the details to it
