Weird twitter Hack

Hello guys,
i copy and pasted a quote from site to my twitter account.
instead "from web" i got from 中の人 with a link to this weird site
i think they got hacked, and this is why the friend search is disabled.
i cant post links but search for "from 中の人" on Google, limit the search for EN only

Update
Other started to notice it

中の人 is Japanese for "in person"
