Weird ranking bug in PPH

Hey guys.

First post here.

I noticed that this guy Ahmad has somehow shot up to the (near) top of the PPH leaderboard.

But he's only got one two completed purchases.

Do you think the system is rigged? Perhaps he's a PPH employee? Or is there way to pay for rankings?

Can anyone share any experiences on this?
