Hello everyone...
I don't how to describe it but I'll try my best.

when someone enters my site and he read the content and he likes it at the end of the site there's subscribe board but this subscribe board doesn't belong to me its a decoy for CPL offer, I mean when he put his info it goes to the CPL offer and I get the money for the submit, I don't want the CPL offer site I just want the subscribe board alone to put it in my site.

My question is there something like this and if there's what they called it?

You can use iFrame (HTML) to load the offer and then add exact width, height so that only the "email" field shows up. Heard of people doing this very long ago. Total Blackhat. Can get banned pretty easy if the network finds out.

Use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

Create the form with the same fields and then add them after every post.
