weird problem with pbn domain hosting

I bought a PBN hosting to host a PBN domain. I installed wordpress using softaculus but as soon as I try to access to my domain I get a loop redirect error. I asked the support and they say everything is working fine from their end. I used a 301 checker to see a possible cause of the redirect but the checker doesn't show any redirect. I used Isitdownrightnow and he say the website is down just for me.

I cleaned cache and cookie but I can't fix the problem. I also tried on another browser but still I get the loop redirect error.

So I tried to move my domain to another host... I waited the dns propagation but now I'm still getting the same exact problem. I cleaned cache and cookie again but still not working for me. Why this happens? Any idea please?

It looks like there is a problem with your domain name, so I would check with the registrar. About PBN's, when building one, you should consider spreading the sites to as many different C class IP's as possible in order for the PBN to be efficient (this requires using multiple webhosting accounts instead of just a single one). What do they mean - "they say everything is working fine from their end"? Why then it isn't from yours? Did you try to access the site from different IP's? Ask your friends from other districts, cities, countries. There are only two options: either a misconfig at the hoster side, or DNS config problem at the registrar side.

And above all, why in the hell you use PBN hosting??? You guys really don't want to learn.

It's not a PBN hosting - it's just an hosting for my PBN domain
Anyway I tried a VPN and I can access the website fine... without VPN I still can't access and I really on't know why
