I just checked a long list of websites for PR.
Everything seemed normal but two of them caught my attention.

    I went to: bulkpagerank[dot]com

Twitter came back with a PR of 100!
    Foursquare came back with zero.

    No idea what's going on...

Looks like it's going on scales of 10 instead of 1. I have a PR1 blog that shows a ranking of 10, and I know Twitter is a PR10 site so it's showing PR100. I'm not sure why Foursquare would be a zero... did you spell it correctly?

I have no interest in PR. It only matters when PR is greater than 7 or 8. Otherwise, you can have a PR 0 site ranking just as high as a PR 5 site.

Actually, I was checking a long list of sites. Everything comes back normal (on an scale of 0-10). Check it out yourself. Just twitter and foursquare are off. Yes, I spelled it correctly.

I kind of agree. That's not my point though. I was trying to evaluate the popularity and 'importance' of a long list of social networking sites.
