I am getting a rash of comments on one of my blogs that link back to facebook profiles. No links in the comments, they don't appear to be spam but some days I get more comments like this than google analytics says I had visitors (it's a new site without much traffic yet)
Based on that I have been assuming they are spam but do not see the benefit, the only link goes to a facebook profile. Worth noting every profile I have looked as has their privacy settings locked down tight enough that I can't determine if they are real or not.
