Weird link shows up on my squidoo widget. WTF?

I have a link widget at my squidoo page where i post my own links. For some reason www dot weightlosspills dot net shows up in it. I am sure I didnt add it. Is Squidoo selling links then adding them into link widgets?

I'll look into this and see if I can plug my link into your widget as well.

Keep you link out of my widget if you know what I mean.

One other thing I check this guys backlinks and he has thousands at blogs. So I figured he was blog comment spamming. Nope. He has thousands of legitimate looking blogs out there. Must use auto blogging but this is on steroids. Pretty extensive and professionally looking.
