Weird Jarvee Error

When I click Test IMAP/POP3 on my VPS it gives me this error:

'Error connecting to IMAP/POP3 server. Please check account info. Error message: -ERR Login Not Allowed, ServiceDisabled, Error 54.'

It is a rediffmail, credentials are correct

With some email providers, you have the settings in your email account to enable/disable those IMAP/pop3, etc. Make sure those are enabled in your email account.
