while I was in touch with a customer, he asked me at some point to send him a video of the product anyway. when I opened the camera (from Instagram) and sent the video I noticed that there was no sound. later he confirmed it too, I tried to send something again with audio and again there was no sound. does anyone know what I should do ?
Just to let you know that my phone is in perfect condition and everything sounds fine. Gallery, phonecalls etc.
