I have a product related to a specific car model , i want to run some ads on fb , is there a way i can target people who own that particular car ??

You could only target interests. After targeting interest create an ad that ask some question about the car. If they are using the car they might answer it. Use messenger bot like manychat to capture those people. After warming them a lot try to push your product.

This can't be done. however there are other customer audience options that you can create and see which one suits your requirement. You also get an option to create an audience based on customer list, so try and explore this to see what is beneficial for you.
