Weird domain problem - Help

I have bought a domain some weeks ago. Seems like it was an old domain that expired because when I use the seoquake plugin it shows me the age dating 2007!

Well, shouldn't it be 2010 has I have registered it in 2010?

And somehow I m not able to rank this domain. I have bhought another 4 and are already indexed, but this one it isn't.

Is there any possibility of this domain is banned from google?

If the previous owner has been banned by google will it be banned for me has well and i won't be able to rank it?

yeah I put domains off drops to a different server just to inspect the traffic. After i had a bunch of sites banned by google for possible spyware. It was hard to get removed and costed me a good bit of money.
