I not sure is it temp, as I check their twitter claim they are up which is 19h earlier .
Since like they do maintenance but block some countries ? I from Asia here all long can access .

this is something to me seem weird. I not from 3rd world countries , and all along I can access the site just that today I noticed suddenly can't access.

use vpn and check or different Internet connection. might be some attacks comes from your network and they block entire sub-net.
