Weird Chinese links?

I was checking my websites backlinks today and I was getting the normal weird backlinks from image sites and stuff like that but I noticed a weird domain Pointing at my website with Chinese letters. The links to a page with literally nothing on it. Looks weird.

what exactly do you guys do about links like this? Disavow them? Don’t want this garbage hurting my site But can’t really understand why I’d just get one random link like this.

Yes Disavow them when you find them. They obviously have their reasons to do that on websites.
