weird avg warnings?

Running a directory php script using wamp, got this from avg 4 times:
exploit java obfuscation,and the file is an i.p.also one is clickmeter.net/indexphp

also,it says exploit to unknown site?

most likely nothing to worry about is it, not in avgs definitions?
