Weird 302 redirect trick

is it a new domain with 0 things(pr,backlink, cache) on internet?
really interested, if you can pm me share this case. thanks.

OP Sounds interesting PM me the link and i'll take a look when time permits...

Ive not seen the site and I am no SEO guy but here is my thoughts on what is happening.

  1. Redirect Domain to high authority site that no amount of shitty backlinks can hurt.
  2. Blast the living hell out of said domain with every spam tool available... (Xrumer, Scrapebox, ect...)
  3. Google does not penalize because it redirects to a site that is untouchable by panda or penguin.
  4. Once you rank...Redirect to your offer and profit.

The OP said this guy was redirecting to the "front" page of wikipedia.... So why not redirect to whitehouse. gov or even google. com.

Thats just my take on it and I just pulled it out of my ass. But It would be interesting to see a case study if someone ran a test on it, although I may never see the results. I am not blue but I vote this thread be moved to JR.VIP as well.

A great input.

From a previous experience I had 301 redirect a page with pr 0 to another page with pr 4, after weeks the pr 0 become pr 4 after removing the redirect, but I didn't notice any serp change.

However, the blasting point may be a reason to give some credit to that link, or maybe the relevancy of the page.

Anyways, it's time to do some testings and experiencing.

Thank you for sharing this subject!

I'm testing this 302 redirect trick on two of my websites.

I'll let you know if it works.

decided to give it a test aswell with an aged site with backlinks :)

OP if you can pm the website it will be great, as I think it's like using 2 domains to rank 1.

1st:
Domain 2 > 302 > Authority
Domain 3 > 302 > Authority
2nd:
Domain 2 > Lift 302 from Authority > 302 > Domain 1
Domain 3 > Lift 302 from Authority > 302 > Domain 1
3rd:
Domain 2 > Lift 302 from Domain1 > 302 > Authority
Domain 3 > Lift 302 from Domain1 > 302 > Authority

Lifting and Redirecting Repeatedly.

This isn't new,it has been used in the payday loans niche for a long time,in the UK at least the payday loans serps are cleaned up.He'll be using a heavily backlinked network. That is where the links are coming from and why the show so fast.

I can tell it's same guy since I talked with him briefly, and he told me it's not about luck. And like I said, there's now 3 sites on top of very competitive terms - so doesn't really look like luck to me. Anyway, I will PM you guys the site and really hope you would share your findings in this thread or PM.

Please pm me.
I will do my best, and pm you the results.

I have been using an SEO service from someone that I think uses 301s for rankings. It works but its quite odd how it ranks and I am trying to figure out how he does it exactly.

A few of my sites become top 5 on Google for medium-high competitive keywords in 2 months with 0-5 backlinks, no articles, or anything of sorts ;)

will you please share me that website name i am also working on redirect links
