Hello there,
Is anybody succesfully running weight loss products ads on facebook? By succesfully I mean getting conversions because it seems people are not buying them anymore.

No, people still advertising and their conversions are very high.

To get more conversion, my advice is that "you should use a lead magnet and email marketing for your promotion"
 
I see quite a lot of ads about it, the conversion rate is good. You should review the content and incentives in your campaign to see if they are really suitable for customers or not.
 
I still run a couple of health products and they seem to be working fine . In the health niche targeting is key (Most important) , you need to exactly know who is your customer and what the ad needs to say that would entice them to click on it .

After getting info bout the cx you have to run email marketing to double down .
 
Yeah, some people still succeed, but it’s all about being super careful with compliance and using subtle, value-driven ads.

People are still buying them, but it depends on your location or geographical region you target the ads
