For a niche as difficult as weight loss on FB, wouldn't it be best to send people to an optin page from the ad?
That way you can presell the product over a series of emails so they are more likely to buy and there won't be an affiliate link on the LP so there is no direct promotion.

I see alot of pills for weight loss without any problem ..
People think weight loss ads are almost impossible, they are not. As long as you don't spam the shit out of FB, you'll be fine.
1. Cloaker - Without this, forget running ads for longer than a day.
2. Ad accounts - If you're cloaking, you will be able to run ads for a few days with a normal ad account. When I say normal, I mean non-whitelisted, non-verified, $10 accounts.
Ideally, you need an agency account and there are tons of providers on BHW so you're not short on options. They won't cost you an arm and a leg and will take away 90% of your headache dealing with accounts. I would personally stay away from monthly subscriptions of accounts.
Apart from the above, you need to be careful with your ad copy and creative. Go super aggressive, and you'll be banned soon (unless you're on a whitelisted account, then you'll last a week or so even with aggressive ads). Try to be creative and discrete. Get some payment history on the accounts, then increase your 'aggressiveness'.
