Weekly and Bi-Weekly Payouts

Bro its quite simple, when you make $xxx they will pay you but they "might" delay the payment.
BUT when you make big, they will ******** you hard, and they will scam you and wont pay a penny to you. I have seen people loosing $10k to $15k with them!
After all its your choice, don't get FOOLED by people at WF and by the word "private network!"
Private network is nothing, but a better way to SCAM publishers!

Most of the trusted networks will pay you weekly only when u do over 1k a week.

Most big name cpa companies payout weekly if you do 1k+ a week.. Neverblue and Maxbounty both do..However if your pushing incentive traffic its harder to get weeklies for that.

As far as EWA.. Dont bash they just because you dont like the owners..
I have personally made more with EWA since thier Launch then 75% on this Fourm will make in the next 5 years... EWA has paid me every week and never never been a day late....
Okay, I am with the Three Networks (EWA,ACP and Cpatank) and i will give you reviews on all of them but first i dont know if you guys know this but did you know ACP and Cpatank gets some if not most of their offers from EWA so thereby paying lower than EWA does.
EWA Review (weekly payments) - From the Comments above i can agree that the network is totally unprofessional in the sense that i can ask ryan about an offer and it takes him an hour to say hi and he just doesnt reply after and same with the am he just doesnt bother, But Savy (their accountant) is for me the best you could ever get, he doesnt use im but i had to email him concerning my payments and he replies in minutes, the longest i ever had to wait was about 3 hours and to cut the story short, i have been paid everytime about $10k and they have the most offers and best payouts but conversions is not consistent and i was told to stop running an offer that i only sent one lead to them (they said my traffic was using proxies to complete an offer which i wasnt and one lead clearly cant justify that) and i also remember promoting an offer with a ppc company and a few days later i see the same site being promoted there also and i was blocked from the offer weeks later with the same bs but im not sure this is from them. who knows!
ACP Review (bi-weekly) - As someone else said the owner is on this forum and i knew him well before he started the network as we did a jv together a few years ago, he is online most of the time on aim and his responses are fast and once when he was away for about a week and i didnt get my payments, he got his partner to send me my payment with extra ($150) which i didnt ask for but he did anyway and their offers convert well
Cpatank (bi-weekly payments) - I havent really done much with this network but from the conversation with the owner, you can tell he can be trusted and even blackhat traffic can be sent to the network as long as its not fraud and you let me know you method and he will 99% of the time approve it. I mean he even gives guides on running their offers on classified sites and he is always on aim contacting his affiliates to see how they are doing and ways he could help.
I would recommend if you are just starting out and dont make much you could start with CPAtank and then add ACP and maybe EWA ot not.

CPA Tank is a Great Network... Vitto is on his Game and Well he pays... Always there to help with Ideas... But their Approvals do take a few weeks
