My website is only a week old and was at #35 last night (it is emd) with out any content on it than early this morning I put an article on my website 589 words with 2% of it my keyword now I made my home page a static page and that is where I posted my article my question is how many other articles do I need to post on my webage and where should they be posted? What I was planning on doing is outsourcing an article than taking it and spinning it and submitting it to web 2.0 directories instead of posting on my website is this better?

    Home Page:
Even if it's a MNS I would still try to make it thick. I just started a MNS that is ranking at #18 for its EMD term (1000 local). Not sure if it will stay there but I made a static front page with an article and one more page for a supporting keyword (ranked #46 right now, 1900 local searches) and then just added a post talking about the niche but not worrying about keywords. I plan to add 10 more articles tonight focusing on supporting keywords but not necessarily the EMD keyword.

I think those are called LSI keywords. Anyways, I'm just making sure I interlink the pages the right way and not over optimizing on the main keyword. I want mine to be a MNS but I want it to "feel" like a real website.

I was going to spin them manually and also submit them manually and make sure it has a unique spin rate of at least 70%
