hey ive been reading here for a long long time.. blah
I got question!
im pretty sure medical marijuana will be legalized here in fla. in November.
I would like to know how can I go about making a site for that, or is it possible?
obviously I don't know squat, I just want to know what you guys think!

Im in FL too man I hope it goes through!! As far as your question I'm not too sure how you could do that haha maybe if it gets passed eventually when it becomes recreational then it could be possible but no idea!

lol indeed I wanted to get a head start. because its a guy in panama city that changed his cigar shop into a marijuana shop. hes waiting for it to get legalized

It can be risky, even if its legal. If you have too high a profile the feds can come after you.
Weed is still against federal law even if its legal in a particular state. There have been cases
where people with grow operations appear on the news in CO and then get busted.

i was thinking the same thing but then I remembered even if its legal in a state on fed level its still illegal so might be best to just sell ad space or do reviews

Well ... basically make a review site and then contact the shop owners and see if they are interested for some advertising

The safest thing to do would be hosting your site in any of the European countries that have legalized/decriminalized weed in general like Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Switzerland (I'm not sure whether they decriminalized, but I've seen tons of people smoking everywhere in Zurich). But I have no idea how to monetize it. You can try to contact "2MarijuanaMan" on youtube, maybe he'll be able to help you.
