Weed Smoker

Sure but I don't keep a notebook with URLs of everything I read since years so I let you search those studies with keywords like:
  • THC breastfeeding
  • Sources spoonfeeding (just kidding)
  • THC synapses
  • Alcohol damages
  • THC damages
  • THC IQ
  • THC micro-dosing

You will easily find articles on mainstream medical sites, the sources will be at the end.

If you genuinely can't find the proof for one of the things I said previously I will take on my time and do it for you.

Maybe some things you read on FB :suspicious:

An article by CBDLife was published in January 2017, but recently went viral on Facebook and has received more than 51,000 shares. It claims that “human breast milk naturally contains the same cannabinoids found in the Cannabis plant, which are vital for proper human development”. The article reports that “the findings of several major scientific studies” support its claim, but it only names one study by Dreher et al, published in 1994.

Scientists who reviewed the claim explained that human breast milk does indeed contain cannabinoids, but these are endocannabinoids which are important for human development and are different from the type of cannabinoids found in cannabis (also known as marijuana). Therefore, the article’s claim is inaccurate.

I do not use Facebook, and didn't say that breast milk contains the same 110+ cannabinoids of marijuana, just one the THC.

Also, note that for 1000 studies that answer a particular question, you can find 500 that prove it and 500 that disprove it in a more or less fallacious way.
The key here is checking where the money comes and or the process. Is the study made by a pharmaceutical society that sells xanax?
If yes, they will probably find that THC does not have anti-anxiety properties.

The same is true for every other niche, GMO, weight loss products, and so on.

Let's not get off topic and talk about the legitimacy of studies.

I think you gave some good advice on microdosing but don't think there is any THC in breastmilk.

I'm unable to find anything to back that claim up. It's interesting you didn't even attempt to prove your claim either.

No it just makes you get shit done. Like dexamphetamine, or in a less stimulated way while still getting shit done, modafinil.

These 3 statements sound like they conflict each other. If it increased your productivity you could just smoke whenever you want?

I'm telling OP what works for me and how I cope.
I switch things up since I don't get up everyday chain-smoking anymore.
Even tho smoking at most time increase my productivity, I consider giving my system time to replenish and sober up to stay in check mentally and physically.

So yes. If I want to be 100% sharp, I tend to smoke after completing certain task.
No conflict here for me.

Weed affects everyone differently. I have a friend who would take three toke and knock the fvck out in a minute.
Similarly, OP says he can't focus after blazing. That's what I was referring to with my advice.

There are plenty of examples of the productivity - from billionaires, athletes and other high-profile individuals who smoke weed. I know it's not for everyone but if you feel it's right for you, it's probably because your getting bad weed or maybe you're using it too much?
