Weebly : how to change background?

Hi guys, I have problem changing weebly default background.
I can't find the edit background option so I tried googling and using the CSS edit and replace the background image and still failed

I tried changing theme but can't find the one with background edit too!

So someone know which theme have 'Edit Background' for weebly (I'm using the free weebly)?
Or there's workaround for this?
