Should I use vpn when i create web 2.0 sites for example at jimdo.com, wordpress.com not including here blogspot?

if you don't do it in bulk its not necessary.

Is not necessary, if you build just a few webs 2.0 of the same site

We meet again my friend :)

Depends on the amounts you're doing.

If you're only doing like 1-3 web 2.0s per platform you should be totally fine.

If you do plenty of Manual Web 2.0s at a time, you can use VPN. Its better you go for Web 2.0 tools, which can give you bulk work in short time.

Which one do you suggest?

1 - No need for VPN
2 - Xranker is the most famous nowdays although I always do it manually

Based on how many web 2.0 you gonna to do. For small pack, no need of it and for larger pack you need VPN for sure.

If you are creating manually, chances are you wont need proxies or vpn.

Manually i dont think u can create that many in a short time anyway.

Thanks all.

For 2 blogs I used a registrar called https://tutanota.com/

Should I change or go with it.

I intend to make about 5 web 2.0 sites.

That web mail is perfect.

I don't deal with proxies, instead I assemble all the content, highlight where to interlink it, show where to link to my site(s) and other authority sites, gather pictures, video links, make logos, and all the other fun stuff; then I hire someone off seoclerks for between $2-3 per web2 and have them register it, verify it and then upload the content.
When they do a good job, I hire them for other tasks as needed. So they are motivated to do a good job.

It costs me just a couple bucks and I end up with a web2 that is interlinked, with a link to my site, with content scheduled out for months.

Just easier for me.
