Just to elaborate on that, if you do want to report someone, the "Click here to report a cybercrime" link goes to a 'mailto: [email protected]' , so just send a decent sized email describing what happened and what you know about the user and I can't see them ignoring it. Especially if they get a few of them from different people.
A good solution for that would be like a "Complaint BST Section", not a shit list section when you are scammed, but a section where we can discuss if a BST is a scam or not.
It would be good if each BST thread would have a thread in this "Complaint BST Section".
I am about to launch a BST so I know this will be really good for good reviews and for members to see what BST threads are scams.

How do you feel about failing to spot the webso thread in the marketplace as the obvious scam it was, and even reopening the thread after it was closed (because of obvious shenanigans) and more or less forcing other members to apologize to webso? Are you going to employ more common sense in the future to protect the BHW sheep?

Deviance - threads are granted use on a daily basis no mod can predict the service they see
as a review b4 it goes live, will be the same the buyers will get, mods can only hope that happens.
no system is perfect, no1 can say for sure it looks good but will the seller stiff you, it happens mate
and im sure when apricot finds 1 he does his best to fix it as per BHW RULES.
all product buys should be done with due diligence - if it seems to good to be true dont buy it.
but as u seem so good at this why dont u do apricots job for a month, no pay little thanks

i get where deviance is coming from, if a person lets a thread go live hes saying if that
seller turns out to be an ass its the fault of the person who granted it.
thats ok in theory, but in reality a seller can present a demo to a mod say all the right things
then when that product goes live, act like a dick, be an ass [ sounds like me ]
can it really be a mods fault if the seller is deceptive , the answer my friend is no.
these guys like salt,apricot and co, they do this for free because the enjoy the forum
the community , they work here freely to give to this community there time and experience.
nothing is fool proof, there is no 100% guarantee, only the hope a person delivers what
they promised at the demo to a mod.
result - it aint his fault.

Look dude, a seller can always do as what they claimed when they are providng their review copy to mods but still fuck their clients in the ass after approval.
Mods can't be blamed, they follow BST approval guideline, it is seller's responbility to determine what is "good value" and "too good to be true".
