webso Adsense Autoblog SCAM

I ordered webso (http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/296242-webso.html) Adsense autoblog service for $75 (before his thread got deleted) and in return I would receive $3 a day and get admin access to the 2 Adsense autoblogs he would make.

I never got admin access to the blogs and I have asked but he always had excuses. I never really cared for that as long as I received my payments.

Everything was fine until recently, webso has been dodging me on Skype for over 2 days now and owes me 13 days worth of payment but at this point I just want my $75 back minus the $18 he did pay me so that would be $57.

webso skype name is Gear Webs and has been online on Skype EVERYDAY ALL DAY so i know hes seen my messages.

I can Team View my Skype logs if needed.

Webso has been notified he has 48 hours to respond.

I will strongly recommend anyone considering investing/buying this to not do so. I could spend a lot of time typing why not, but that would mean wasting more time with this service and provider.

Before I start I will say I told OP if I did not get payment I would bring it to the thread.

But basically, I paid $500 on March 6, and haven't seen a dime, according to the plan, I was supposed to make $22 a day after a week, so based on that calculation I should have been paid $880. Rather I've been paid $0, getting excuses such as "credit card limit, cannot pay via Paypal", "should be able to pay tomorrow", "will provide bonus", "Paypal unavailable, will wire tomorrow", "wire should been in your account in 72 hours", "bank holiday will take a little longer", "you will receive by tomorrow", "will receive by today", etc, endless cycle of excuses. I've wasted a lot of time with this, at this point yes the money is kind of important but what is more important to me is to discourage others from falling in this trap.

The biggest problem is the utter lack of proofs, multiple times I've requested any proof of the site creation, of payment sent, of earnings proof, nothing, nada.

Another thing please don't yell at me for falling for this, I've been scammed before and this is not new to me, yes I was stupid and I let my greed get in front of my logical thinking, I don't need someone else to tell me this.


So, tl;dr, don't even think of spending a penny with this guy. Not sure how the mods approved this sketchy service, but your best course of action is to close this thread and never open another thread if it's by the OP, cannot be trusted unfortunately.

I would like to state that I dealt with him before the actual sales thread was created, I saw this thread and then proceeded with him through Skype and email.

The deal was as follows: he would make 20 autoblogs for $500, and would pay me $20 daily. But since I took advantage of his prelaunch offer, I was to pay 10% less and would earn 10% more (so was to pay $450, would earn $22 per day)

I don't know about any bank problems but I'm sure it does not take two to three weeks to wire. As for 500 USD limit, there is actually $0.00 limit. You can't send me money.

Closed my sales thread too , as responsible duty after paying back to old customers and rest jobs , payment proof and earning proof.
Since a bit of banking issues , all due payments will be cleared till 30th April 2014 (its long but i don't have single customer and have 30 days money back policy ).
No I never ran away from situation trying to solve it ASAP.
As per small investments below 200usd payment pending , they will be cleared beforehand.
Before that time I really can't do anything. Yes I will refund along with the promised revenue till date.

If you are going to do a service like this you should have made sure you can pay your clients.

This looks like a ponzi scheme to me.

And last time you told me "all payments will be made on march 30th"

Now its "all due payments will be cleared till 30th April 2014".

Hes just buying more time for him to scam others, no way in hell a legit service will go 41 days without paying their client.

Lets give him some time to honor his commitment. Even I am waiting for about 1k USD, but this mud slinging does not help anybody.

Nothing can help the situation , the main concern is money and time have been stated as per my expectations.
Even if its a dispute or charge back or abuse or making fun of the situation nothing will help other than the time frame.

Mod I know about the rules but I maybe a potential customer but can't reach webso on Skype only got a hold of him once.

When I asked about how are the payments going I haven't received anything back. So I'm doing it here so it may reach him.

You said you would have proof within 2 days MAX those day's have past can we get some proof please? It has been 41 days for one of your client so you should have an adsense report of earnings earned.

As for payment method have you looked in payoneer since you are from india that would make things easier.

Last since you are very proud of your 30 days guarantee you should have refunded your costumer after the 30 expired now we are at 41. You haven't shown him any proof sites and earning so I think that's only fair.

Could you please answer this? Since your thread has been approved by a BHW mod I think that you have something legit running. I still want to be a costumer but I would want some answers to my questions.

Webso, Let me make this PERFECTLY CLEAR. This is a Shit list. It is because you have failed in your end of what you promised your client(s). You make ONE more threat in ANY form - WHATSOEVER, your name will PERMANENTLY turn red (aka BANNED) the moment I or any other staff member reads it.

This is what I don't get: Why would you make a sales thread when you already have pending payments? You didn't pay what you owed, but you went ahead and made a sales thread, in turn so you can owe more? asap1 said it right, this is a straight Ponzi scheme as I explained in one of my emails.
As for payments getting cleared, that's just another excuse. Your 30 day money back policy is BS, seeing as that I paid over a month ago and you haven't made a payment.

By way of this SL it keeps potential customers away from this guy (assuming they do proper research). To me that's something.

So basically what I am owed, by the 30th, is $50 initial refund for my overpayment, then 55 days * $22 = $1260. But honestly your deal doesn't mean much to me at this point as long as I get my money back AT LEAST i'll be happy, but this probably won't occur, you'll have another creative excuse I'm sure.

As before said , I am not making any excuse , and as per the time frame , pending payments will get cleared ASAP.

Would like to let you guys now and for the record, I sent webso an email requesting an update and the reply was:

on 24th election got over , onwards then money will start coming in , so probably from monday I will start sending funds.
