Websites with the same HTML code (CMS) but unique contents

- Hi, in you opinion, websites hosted on different domains and servers, with different holders but with same arguments, keywords target, html structure (some tweak on css, infomations and images), could be penalized or create footprint?

I prefer to use a different html structure for each domain, but the client has shown me some websites that don't look penalized:

- https://cupon.es/
- http://computerhoy.com/cupones
- http://codigodescuento.enfemenino.com/

These websites even link to the main one "https://cupon.es/" and they compete for the same keywords!!

If those are legit sites, there is no problem. If you are building a PBN, diversify as much as possible, including the web site design.
 
As per my opinion, if you use unique statistics such as unique content, images, offers etc. there there will be no problem. But, If you run a website with same content and design on two different domains even with modified title, description and keywords, it is bad SEO practice and your website will be penalized by search engines. Best option would be making a new website design with original content for the second domain and optimize it.
 
Why everyone trying this ,so sad 1 domain but 2 website crap

Thses pbn dont have no power at all , google ghost them all ,and all there links, or penalise them, all over a $6 domain name sadness ...

A pbn makes so much money, needs looking afther ,and loving and kept safe.

Make silly mistakes ,don't exspect any returns ,
There no way, to stop cost for real pbn ,forget all these stupid idea , there real reason ,why ppl do it the way pbn are made ..... what not broke dont fix

You can use the same HTML structure for different websites as long as the contents are different from each other.
