I believe these are juat expired domains mate.

But they are advertising via taboola with links pointing to these domains. the links on the landing page then points to ads

These are parked domains with a search feed.
Sometimes they change ads based on a qwery they pass in the url, in this case, they are promoted on native and display networks (sometimes search too, depends on the feed supplier's restrictions) and getting revshare from the clicks.

Yes, you park a domain with a network like sedo and then direct link to the domain on a cheap cpm based network like taboola. you need alot of money to actually see results
