Websites to affiliate products

I don't have a website and don't have money to buy one as of right now. I tried to sign up as an affiliate for ebay but they ask for a website. I want to know if there are any other websites which pay you to advertise products (all kind of products like ebay) for them but doesn't require a working website. I know BHW won't disappoint me

I have a hard time believing that you don't have the $10 necessary to buy a domain and get some hosting going - but maybe that's actually the case.

At any rate - you can go somewhere like http://www.wix.com/ or http://www.weebly.com/ to create a completely free website from a template. Shouldn't take you very long.
