I don't understand why my websites (including many domains) keep getting flagged as "malware" even though I haven't set up the cloak, or have set up the cloak, I've used a lot different hosting providers, vps but the problem is still not solved, is google confused?

Getting ads account suspend is the new Google update when promoting using the ads network, although some website might scale it with clocking method but some still suffer for this getting their accounts suspended all time.

A lot of my websites get rejected because of "malware" even though my website is completely clean, I use wordpress and do some basic posts, I don't use cloak, getting marked as part Is malware a mistake?

this is rampant lately, many advertisers are getting blocked from promotion due to the malware issue.

Do you know any way to fix it?, thanks I don't know anyone who can help me, I tried to contact Google Ads support they reopened the domain for me to continue advertising but didn't specify any Whatever reason or problem happened, it took a long time.

Use a simple, light website (landing page) theme. Certain themes contain some hidden coding which may not be malware, but is (are) seen as malware by the algorithms of Google Ads. And also using a tracking template ? Most of them will get flagged by the algorithms of Google Ads and will show in Google Ads as flagged as malware.

EDITED to reply to :-
the default wordpress theme
Change the website theme that you are using, no matter even if it is the default wordpress theme. Experiment with 3 to 4 different website themes. And temporarily skip using cloudflare too, so that it would be easier to narrow down to what may be triggering the malware flag.

Thank you so much for your info, even though I use the default wordpress theme it's still flagged, I wonder if cloudflare has any effect?

You can try the following:

Use a clean HTML site.
Remove any urls that you don't need from any scripts. Even if they are commented out.
Check meta data of all your images and remove anything that even remotely looks like a url.

I had it happen that sites got flagged for malware and unwanted software again and again until I removed all urls like that.
