Websites that have Recovered from Panda/Penguin?

Hi guys,

I have a website that was penalised after the early October panda update. Wasn't a completely devastating loss, but quite bad; lost 15-20% search engine traffic (and the 15-20% lost was our most valuable traffic). Well I 'fixed up' the site, and it recovered in the November panda refresh. I was surprised at the recovery though. We at first recovered about 10% of the traffic for the first week, the next week we got a little bit more, than a bit more, and then this week its gone higher than it ever has before.

What happened to your websites after they recovered from one of these penalties?

so what exactly did you do to get it recovered ?

I had 2 sites I was just starting hit by Panda Oct.
I did nothing to both of them since, and they both recovered a couple of days ago.

I have a site that got hit on October 4th. Ever since traffic has fell to near zero. I haven't been able to recover yet, but I have learned that the "do nothing" approach doesn't work...

October 4th was Penguin not Panda... as such of course it didn't work.
