Websites review blog

I heard google is against product review but I want to know if this also applies to website reviews, I have one time has a blog that usually review website, Title like: blackwater. Com review, is bhw legit or scam?, but fails.

Now, I'm trying to create blog again that does this since I have more experience now when it comes to SEO, do you think google are against this type of contents? I usually write 500 to 700 words
