Websites/magazines which let you know if your pitch/article has been accepted quickly?

Anyone know any websites which accept submissions but also let you know if your submission has been accepted quickly?

I have had some luck writing for websites like listverse and College Humor but these sites often take forever to get back to you and even longer to pay. $100 per article is great but its pretty useless if a single pitch can take weeks to be approved.

I just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with sites which pay for writing and get back you quickly about whether they are going to pay for your work or not?

Why not sell your writing as a service on somewhere like fiverr? Or here for that matter, of course you'd need to become jrVIP etc first.
