Websites like Fiverr? I don't want ones where companies/people offer work and then I apply. I love the idea of posting my ads and who wants such a service just orders? Where do you advertise your freelance jobs?

seoclerks are alright and cheaper than fiverr (well, if you're a buyer).
 
Upwork, Freelancer.com, Truelancer, and 99 Designs.
 
I Think SEOclerks & Upwork, They are good for service orders.

One effective way is to have a website dedicated to your service(s) and advertise that website in Facebook or Google or Reddit or Twitter or LinkedIn, etc based on your target audience (your targeted potential buyers).
Facebook is good if your service(s) cater to an older age group, LinkedIn is good if your service(s) cater to businesses, Reddit is good if your service(s) cater to a younger crowd.
On that your website, you can have someting like "To buy my service from ABC marketplace or XYZ marketplace, click here" or something suitable like that and/or you can also give the option to buy directly from your website using Paypal, card, etc.
 
Like a gift site? Seoclerks, leggit, bhw market place and build you site and gmb, rank and offer services/products to people who contact you. Run paid ads on fiverr, Google and Facebook.

All in one SEO marketplace tips , given by this user . I recommend if you have budget go with website and ads , they really work well over .
 
Upwork is unlike Fiverr because, in Upwork, the client posts a job, and then freelancers bid on that job.

SEOClerks is similar to Fiverr.
