i'm doing PHP for over 3 years and now I want to start as a freelancer. What websites do you suggest to find jobs for a new coding freelancer?

Elance and oDesk. You said you've been doing it for years. So I guess you got your base of customers established, don't ya?

elance, odesk, freelancer and possibly look at selling small tasks on fiverr.

Freelancer is number one... to avoid. Check other threads about it. Or just google the reviews.

Freelancer and odesk both are good choice.
And if you are really good at it, open a thread in our BST section
I am sure many people will buy from you, more than you can expect.
