Check out the site flipping sub forum - I'm sure some of us over there could give you a more accurate valuation. Ignore those free sites, won't be anywhere close to market value.

The only value in those automated appraisal sites is in giving fake, inflated numbers to new internet marketers.

In reality, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
