Website with 140000uniques/month never monetized. How much it worth?

Hi

I have a website with 140.000unique visitors/month and I want to sell it.
It's a link exchange directory like wahoha, 2leep or mgid.

The website has never been monetized (don't ask me why).
How can i establish the value of this website?

What's the correct price?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thats totally depends upon your monthly income, People love to see the stats, Just monetize it and let the buyer know monthly earning he will be more happy to pay 10 times, With earning stats buyer will pay less,
