Penalty was because website had thin content.
Will this site give juicy links to another websites?
Can I use this website for creation links to my other sites that are not on the same IP, don't have same google adsense and google analytics?

Did you get a manual penalty notification ?
 
Yes, I get penalty notification. But, when I type on google: sitename and extension , I get the main page of site(not the other once). That means that google didn't deindexed site.
So, is this website(DA 15) valuable for making links?
 
Forget about this site/domain and start a new one and learn from your mistake (in getting the penalty).
 
Two choices;
Spend quite a bit of time, effort and money to retrieve this site

or

Start afresh and work to ensure this site avoids the penalty.

I presume you mean 301ing it to a new site , if so the answer is Yes However you run the risk of the penalty passing on to the new domain which is a bit of a debate on here as to whether that is the case or not.

I am a fan of this persons blog and he mentions about double 301's to help -- Hope that helps you

1. Don't take any link from that site to a new website. It is too risky.
2. Don't 301 redirect it to a new site. It is not worth it.

Option: Try to undo the penalty before doing any of the above.

Good solution and i also support this. Instead of repairing your old site it is better to build a new fresh site. You may be succeed if you can learn from the past.
 
No, you aren't going to want to use this site to link to others. Not going to help your other sites at all to have a link from a penalized site.
 
If it was thin content penalty then probably the penalty will not pass however if it was unnatural link penalty then the penalty would ultimately catch up. But if your new domain is a churn and burn site then go ahead and pass the link juice else just start afresh.

Just because a site is penalized does not mean it will automatically be deindexed. Google only deindexes sites for extreme violations. Having said that, I would not want to link out to any of my money sites from a penalized domain.
 
The thin content penalty is almost designed for PBN, in most cases when you get this penalty your domain will be DINDEXED and in results it is useless for passing juice ... keep checking site:yoursite.com to make sure you really still have the home page in Google index
 
no mate if you redirect your website on new domain manual action penalty will move on your new domain so plz stay away from this i have great experience such a penalties so better way to start new site good luck
 
The answer for your question is "Dont" use the site which was penalized.

Yep agree with this, for the sake of a DA15 link its not worth being associated with a penalized website

No, If your site penalized, Don't put any links to your others website.

If we do this, In future other sites also may get penalized.

Soon after G penalized this website, they quickly penalized 3 more sites that were on the same AdSense account .. I'm not sure how I drew attention to google. I doubt even on one vendor from a fiver, from whom I bought a link on his PBN. He had more than 800 PBN sites (who had such number of sites) and even sell links from deindexed sites. On my question what is purpose of that sites, he answer me that some people want links from that sites. As I undestand, those websites can be used only for negative SEO?
